Simker is an integrated enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of advanced rubber diaphragms and bladders. With over 20 years of experience, the company focuses on specialized rubber diaphragms, accumulator bladders, and anti-vibration mounts, accumulating extensive technical expertise and application experience.

Nearly 30% of the company’s R&D staff hold master’s degrees or higher, forming a professional development team capable of continuously creating new products. The company has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and holds more than 30 domestic and international invention patents, 10 corporate standards, and multiple trademarks.

Simker operates a modern production base equipped with fully automated rubber mixing centers and automated vulcanization workshops. With an annual production capacity of up to 2 million units, the company can meet the large-scale needs of high-end clients while maintaining stable manufacturing capabilities. Quality control is implemented across the entire process, from raw material procurement to finished products. Simker has developed over 600 formulations and technologies, successfully applied in OEM products, including graphene rubber diaphragms for rock drills, alloy diaphragms for hydraulic breakers, modified accumulator diaphragms, and anti-vibration mounts. These products are widely used in automotive, mining machinery, port equipment, medical equipment, wind power, wastewater treatment equipment, and other industries.

Simker collaborates with companies such as Atlas Copco, SANY Heavy Industry, Dynapac, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, CRRC, Sinopec, and ENN Group, providing customized special rubber components. In addition to the domestic market, products are exported to over a dozen countries and regions, including Russia, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Estonia, Turkey, India, Saudi Arabia, Chile, and Mexico.

Since its establishment in 2003, Simker has been dedicated to the research and development of rubber materials. In the field of rubber diaphragms, the company pioneered the application of graphene dispersion technology and developed graphene rubber diaphragms that significantly improve product lifespan and functionality, breaking through technological barriers.

Core technologies also include the phase transformation of elastomer materials and the design of intelligent accumulator assemblies. To date, more than 30 domestic and international patents have been obtained.

In 2025, the patent for High-Toughness Automotive Brake Chamber Rubber Diaphragm was approved, enhancing braking system safety through a dual-layer structure and corrugated groove design.

Multiple technological achievements, including the graphene rubber diaphragm, have been successfully applied in major national projects such as the seismic isolation system of Beijing Daxing International Airport.
